Good Charlotte is a band that i'm pretty sure all of you have heard of by now. some might even be getting sick of them. but don't let their somewhat irritating new fan base scare you away because gc is one band who rock hard and deserve all their new found fame. they are much more than the anthem, throw all your hands up, and they write about a lot more sensitive subjects than celebrities who want sympathy. these guys have been through their share of rough times and are now flying up the charts with hit after hit. i wish nothing but the best for these awesome guys from the ghettos of maryland. with that said i'll tell you that i first got into these guys sometime in the spring of '01 when mtv had the show 'undergrads' on tv. they played the video for 'the motivation proclamation' on some countdown for about a week and the song was catchy and beautiful. i was hooked. i've seen them live twice already and they're amazing. at the last show i met their current drummer, chris, and got him to autograph my shirt. i almost got billy's water bottle too. it was rockin. i shall be seeing them again shortly and hopefully i'll write a review as well. now go check these boys out. i wouldn't waste my money seeing them 3 times if they sucked now would i?
